For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rs 20,000 across eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
Not all games at win7game contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are listed in the individual bonus terms. In general, live casino games and crash games contribute at a lower percentage than RNG games. Sports bets may contribute at a different rate or may be excluded from certain promotions entirely.

Bonus funds are always separate from real-money balance and are used first. You can choose to decline any bonus offer during the opt-in process.
All games available at win7game operate under clearly stated rules accessible within each game or game category. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of the rules of that specific game.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) games at win7game are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure genuine random outcomes. Crash games operate on provably fair algorithms, the parameters of which can be independently verified by any player after each round. Win7game does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
Win7game reserves the right to void bets where: a technical error has materially affected the game outcome; a game was operating incorrectly due to a software fault; odds were displayed incorrectly due to a manifest error; or a bet was placed after the outcome was already known (in sports betting). Voided bets are returned to the player's balance as the original stake amount.
Minimum and maximum stakes for each game are displayed within the game interface. Win7game reserves the right to change stake limits without prior notice. Players who have placed bets before a limit change is applied are not affected by the change for those existing bets.
Football and cricket betting at win7game is subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the relevant sections of the platform. In the event of match postponement, abandonment or other irregularities, win7game applies standard industry settlement rules. If a match is abandoned before completion of the minimum playing time required for bets to stand, stakes are returned to players.

In most cases of suspected fraud or serious Terms breach, win7game will withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released. If a breach is confirmed, win7game may retain the balance in accordance with applicable law.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure at the player's request, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated and registered players will be notified by email or by a notification within their account on their next login.
